- Dress code: smart casual attire.
- One ticket admits one person of any age. The exception is for nursing babies under 12 months of age which will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying parent/guardian. Parents are responsible for maintaining reasonable quiet for others to enjoy the event for any babies or minor ticket holders that may come with them. Please help give everyone an enjoyable experience.
- Tickets [on mobile phone or printed] must be presented for admission to the event.
- Ticket holder must present U.S. government (or country of origin government) issued ID with ticket for admission. If a face mask is being worn, it must be lifted away from the face long enough for the staff to gauge confirmation of identification in comparison to the ID.
- Tickets are transferable with permission [and transfer arranged] by event managers, Nickelbeak Hollow.
- Ticket holders’ seeking to transfer their tickets must contact the event managers, Nickelbeak Hollow, at [email protected] The last date which transfers are permitted is March 5, 2025, by 6.00pm. A fee of 5% of the ticket price will be charged to the transferor prior to transfer. No exceptions.
- No recording of event speakers on camera, video, or audio equipment, during presentations or at any other time at the event without their personal permission. Each presenter who may provide personal permission for recording of their person does not provide permission for other presenters.
- No recording of stall vendors or guests without their direct and personal permission.
- All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward event organizers, presenters, event staff, venue staff, other guests, and any other people attending the event. Obtrusive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated toward anyone in attendance at the event or immediately before or after the event. Such person/s will be required to leave promptly and will not be permitted to go back into the event. Such behavior and expulsion from the event will not give cause for partial or full refund to event tickets. Behavior identified as unacceptable, causing expulsion, will be determined by event management, and will not be eligible for appeal.
- All attendees to the event must respect the venue property and its fixtures and fittings, as well as the event equipment, including, but not limited to chairs, tables, video and audio equipment, screens, vendor stall equipment and products, display products/paraphernalia, goods for purchase, and the personal property of others. Any damage will incur a charge on the ticket holder’s same credit/debit card which was used to purchase the event ticket in the amount of the sum of all property damaged or destroyed. Should destruction of property include purposeful or uncontrolled destruction through intent and/or aggressive behavior, police will be called to attend, and charges may apply criminally and/or civilly.
- Some proceeds of the ticket sales for this event will be donated to Mascot Miracles Foundation of Utah. Percentage depends on ticket type and is calculated after expenses. Some Sales such as BOGO sales will not count toward this percentage.
