Poultry

Returns: Due our NPIP certification we CANNOT return any poultry to our farm once it has left it.

 

Refunds: We do not guarantee refunds on poultry livestock. We absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase from us and will work with you on any issue to the best of our ability to come to a suitable resolution. We are a working farm and all funds are fluid and often tied up in feed and other necessities for us to provide our products and thus not always available upon demand. Any refund is given at our discretion on a case by case basis and depend on availability of funds at any given time and reasons behind the request.

 

Delays can and do occur at any time and we do all we can to meet your order at the earliest possible date we can. We do all we can to ship orders in the order in which they come in but due to the size and multiple breeds required for some orders we cannot guarantee all orders are shipped in chronological order. Should there be extended delays for your order and you’d prefer a credit for a later time please let us know so we can accommodate you as best we can. We do not refund on orders which can be filled but do issue credits.

Poultry Treatments

We cannot do any refunds or returns on poultry treatments. If your order was shipped and you did not receive it we will investigate and  work with you to replace it. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee or replace any items shipped to CANADA.

 

Merchandise

Returns or refunds on Nickelbeak Hollow merchandise or swag will be determined on case by case basis. Please let us know if you have any problems.
